At CHAMMANTHI HUB, we take utmost care in preparing and packing every order. Since our products are food items, returns and refunds are handled carefully to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

ELIGIBLE RETURN CONDITIONS

Customers may request a return or replacement if:

  • Wrong product was delivered

  • Product arrived damaged

  • Package was tampered during delivery

  • Product quality issue due to transit damage

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos for verification.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used food products

  • Taste preferences or personal dislikes

  • Minor external packaging dents without product damage

REFUND PROCESS

Once the issue is verified and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–8 business days

  • Refund amount may be credited via:

    • UPI

    • Bank transfer

    • Original payment method

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Depending on the issue, customers may receive:

  • Product replacement
    or

  • Partial / Full refund

Replacement availability depends on stock availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
